
Andrew G. Gilfillan, DDS is pleased to be able to offer beautiful smiles to his neighbors in Williamsburg, Virginia, Newport News, Virginia and the surrounding communities.
Dr. Andrew Gilfillan was raised in Reading, Pennsylvania. He received his undergraduate degree from the College of William and Mary, where he played tennis for the Tribe. In 1993, Dr. Gilfillan graduated from the Medical College of Virginia School of Dentistry. He completed a General Practice Residency at the University of Maryland in 1994.
Known for his compassionate care and gentle touch, Dr. Gilfillan strives to treat each patient like family with empathy, clarity and attention to detail. His dedication to high-level continuing education has allowed him to earn a fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry.
He is a member of the American Dental Association, Virginia Dental Association, Peninsula Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, Christian Medical and Dental Association, and the Pierre Fauchard Academy.
Dr. Gilfillan is grateful to be a part of the Williamsburg community with his wife and family. He is an avid Tribe fan. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with friends, outdoor activities, and serving professional organizations such as the Lackey Clinic, and the Virginia Dental Association as a delegate.
